We offer shipping primarily on the west coast. We ship from Sacramento California and prefer to only ship to areas that are 1 or 2 days away. We want to ensure your product remains in a frozen or cold state until reaching your destination.

Our packaging is rate for 4-5 days and frozen items may partially or fully defrost during shipping. Simply wipe them down and refreeze. Frozen pet food may be re-frozen at least one time.

Our shipments are sent out late on Monday (or next working day) to ensure our product spends minimal time in transit. We use UPS ground as our primary shipper.
